Caribbean Estates offers 3, 4 & 6 bedroom, fully furnished, self-catering apartments/free standing houses. We at the Caribbean Estates aim to make you feel at home, whilst you relish in the surrounding nature and close by entertainment, whilst having access to all of the estate's facilities.
The rental service is operated on-site. The majority of homeowners make use of this facility on a permanent or occasional basis. Owners choose the times most suited to their own requirements for renting apartments/free standing houses out. A homeowner may choose to retain the apartments/free standing houses for their own use and/or private rental purposes.
In high season, such as Christmas or Easter, demand outstrips supply. During the remainder of the year, there is a steady requirement for weekend accommodation. Overflow guests from the Wild Coast Sun are often accommodated at Caribbean Estates. So please book in advanced to secure your stay.
We do not have photos of the apartments inside as each unit belongs to a private home owner.

- the 6 sleeper apartment/free standing house strictly sleeps 6 people including children,
- the 8 sleeper apartment sleeps 6 adults and 2 children as there are only 3 private bedrooms and a loft.
- the 8 sleeper free standing house strictly sleeps 8 people including children,
- the 10 sleeper apartment sleeps 6 adults and 4 children as there are only 3 private bedrooms and a loft.
- the 12 sleeper free standing house strictly sleeps 12 people including children.
- All children over the age of 18 months are included as occupants.
- All of our units have a refundable Key & Breakage fee.

The estate reserves the right to re-assign apartments/free standing houses as required.
At present ,there are 63 apartments available on a timeshare basis through various timeshare organisations including Quality Vacation Club, Dream Vacations and Flexi Club. It is best to contact your Timeshare Company pertaining to your stay at Caribbean Estates. Because of high demand, it is necessary to book well in advance.
Many apartments owners now spacebank time in their own apartments with R.C.I. The advantage to the owner is that he can utilise this to exchange for time in another resort and at the same time, timeshare availability at Caribbean Estates is increased.
It should be noted that because Caribbean Estates has a high trading power on the R.C.I. evaluation system, an owner can exchange for the same length of time in a resort of similar calibre, or for a longer period in a resort with a lower rating.
Conversely, holidaymakers wishing to utilize timeshare at Caribbean Estates will have to ensure that their R.C.I. trading power is sufficiently high enough to make use of an Estate apartment.
